It’s here! My big boy starts Kindergarten this morning! Well, it’s a meet the teacher morning this morning and tomorrow is the first full day. But my baby big boy has been anxiously awaiting this day and I know that as he walks to school with a big smile on his face, that I will be walking with a sentimental heart and teary eyes in this bittersweet moment.
My middle child, Dylan, and I made Banana Bread for a special breakfast for big brother. Even as much as my boys love cereal, a first day of Kindergarten calls for something special. And it made Dylan feel special getting to bake for his brother.
What can you do with your child (or for your child) to make them feel special this week? Great ideas below!
