Ingredients
1/4
cup
applesauce
1/2
cup
honey
3
egg whites
3
ripe bananas
2
cups
whole wheat flour

tsp.
baking soda
1/4
tsp.
salt

tsp.
vanilla
Instructions
Mix the applesauce and honey until well blended.
Add egg whites.
Add bananas.
Combine the remaining ingredients to mixture.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350-degrees for 50 minutes.
Notes
This recipe works well using almond flour as well. Makes it a little denser, but my family loves it even more!
